It features 5 generous bedrooms, 3 baths, ELEVATOR, roof top deck & private pool that can be heated.

This fabulous home has it all. The is a den on the ground floor with seating and a game table. The second floor has the main bedroom with en suite bath and ocean view covered balcony. Also on this floor you will find Bedroom #2 with a king bed and Bedroom #3 with two twin beds plus a full hall bath and laundry area. Top floor living area includes Bedroom #4 with a king bed and Bedroom #5 with one queen and one twin bed. The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen are also on this floor. There is a large ocean view balcony with seating and a circular stair way the leads to the roof top deck where you will enjoy views of the beach, sunrise, & active Savannah shipping channel. There is parking for up to 4 cars. The elevator run to all three floors.

The pool area features rocking chairs and chaise lounges along with table & chairs. There is gas grill on the pool patio.

Heat is not available in the pool for in Jan and Feb. We require 24 hours notice and $35 per day to heat the pool.

Smoking of any kind in never allowed in this unit!

~Our goal is to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible!~

We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.

Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)

Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.
